Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Enjoyed our spacious suite, perfect for our family. The friendly front desk staff made check-in easy, providing local dining menus. Breakfast offered a great variety, but arriving early meant missing some items. Note, Ask for bedding upon check-in to prevent delays in setup!

Housekeeping did not replenish towels during our stay.

The whole story in a nutshell

I stayed for one night in a Standard Room. The location was perfect, right next to Cracker Barrel. The staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast had great options. The only downside was a bit of noise from the hallway. Would definitely return for another stay!

The location was convenient, just a short drive

to various attractions, but the noise from the nearby highway made it hard to sleep at night. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, though I had an issue with the air conditioning that took a while to resolve.

The hotel had a lovely modern lobby that was so cheerful! I felt at ease walking through the bright areas, and the accessible features made navigating a breeze for my friends and me during our stay.

The arrangement of rooms can be highly inconvenient!!! Be prepared for unexpected surprises, like not enough towels for larger families or housekeeping seemingly ignoring your requests for essentials!!!

Comfortable stay but loud at night

We had a Queen Suite for 2 nights, perfect for our fam. Breakfast was decent, and I loved that Cracker Barrel was right next door! But the noise from the hall and above us was kinda annoying, made it hard to sleep. Vanessa was great, though she could use some help with her coworkers.

The breakfast options were quite diverse and enjoyable.

Our stay was overshadowed by significant noise disturbances. Other guests were loud, running and shouting in the halls late into the night, making it impossible to relax or sleep. The hotel, while beautiful, seems to cater more to families who prioritize fun over an inviting atmosphere for weary travelers.

Just a good match for a quick trip in St Petersburg with great value for the money. The room was very clean and quiet. Ask about the breakfast options, as they had a friendly staff member preparing plates and drinks.

I truly enjoyed the freshly renovated lobby and dining area, which was inviting and accessible. The complimentary coffee station was a lovely touch, making it easy for me to enjoy a cup whenever I wanted during my stay.

Housekeeping could be more attentive to room needs.
